The company, The Institute of Wealth Strategies, will sponsor educational seminars and workshops near his home in Mobile, Alabama. The seminars will provide information and strategies to help consumers create wealth through proper liability and equity mangement.

Mr. Manders is also certified to teach Coninuing Education courses for Realtors, CPA's and Financial Planners. These
workshops will begin in November and will rotate between Mobile, Alabama, Fairhope, Alabama and Gulf Shores/Orange
Beach, Alabama.

The Institute of Wealth Strategies is dedicated to educating and informing both consumers and licensed professionals
